I never can get through to any Kalamazoo Post Office, even when my question doesn't fall into the categories that it says I should call the 1-800 number for. Amazingly, a real person always answers this phone and they've always been very pleasant and very helpful!
Often receive wrong mail. Mail that says "do not bend" is bent. Today I got my diploma in the mail and they bent it to shove it in the mailbox!
